Wednesdays @ 6:30 - Pilates for Runners Mat Class
PIlates is the perfect compliment for any runner seeking to increase running efficiency, build core strength and miimize injury.
Enhance your performance with this fusion class combining the Pilates mat work with body leverage training using the TRX supension system and Body Blade. Learn to activate your core for better posture and execution.
Class size is limited to just 7 participants!!

Core Studios is extending the Pilates Mat class for young skaters, dancers and athletes!!
Another 3 week session beginning May 9th. Ages 7-12
Integrating Pilates into your skating, dance or athletic program is a great way to increase strength, flexibility and balance. It also can help prevent injury and aid in recovery. Have your child learn great exercises he or she can do during the summer months to get ready for the fall sports season!!

Pilates
At CORE, we offer a variety of Pilates programs for all levels including private training on the Reformer/Tower total body system, Cadillac, Barrel and Stability Chair.
Gyrotonic
At CORE, we offer private Gyrotonic sessions with expertly trained instructors. Exercises are performed on the Gryotonic Pulley Tower system and are designed to meet the needs of all participants with varying levels of fitness.
Personal Training
At CORE, your training program begins with a comprehensive joint mobility screen and neuromuscular evaluation. Using a specific group of movements, CORE trainers will identify muscular and structural imbalances that hamper the body's ability to move efficiently.
