Vinyasa Flow yoga emphasizes linking breath to all movements. Flow Yoga gently warms the body, softens the heart and steadies the mind. This class is energizing, utilizing sun salutations to warm the body and moving into standing and seated postures that increase flexibility and strength. This class is designed for beginners and advanced yogis alike to learn the fundamentals of breathing and transitioning through the flow of poses.
